Your Fusion Transfers Agreement

Fusion Transfers provides a web platform for ordering Direct-To-Film (DTF) transfers. Orders are submitted via our API or an approved e-commerce platform, then Fusion Transfers prints the custom DTF transfers ("Products") and ships them to customers ("Customers"). This entire system constitutes the Fusion Transfers Service ("Service").

 

All use of the Fusion Transfers Service, plugins ("Application"), and FusionTransfers.com ("Website") is governed by these terms, available in the footer of the Website and Application.

 

The Application and Website are owned by Fusion Transfers, based in Liberty Hill, Texas. By using the Service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.

 

Using the Service

To use the Service, you must agree to all terms and maintain accurate personal and payment details. You can opt out of promotional emails without canceling this agreement.

 

New users register via the Website or Application. You are responsible for securing your account information and must report any credential breaches to Fusion Transfers, which is not liable for any resulting losses. Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or information is prohibited.

 

Fusion Transfers may change, suspend, or stop the Service, Products, charges, or fees at any time, without notice or liability. You must be 18 or older unless representing a business entity. This agreement is void where prohibited by law.

 

Changes to Terms

Fusion Transfers reserves the right to modify terms, prices, and policies at any time. Your continued use of the Service implies acceptance of any updates.

Creative Content & Copyright Policy

You must own or have permission to use any designs ("Designs") uploaded. By uploading, you grant Fusion Transfers the right to reproduce artwork for printing and display it in portfolios and marketing materials unless specified otherwise. Fusion Transfers may review and remove infringing content or cancel accounts for violations. You bear responsibility for all Designs uploaded.

 

Fusion Transfers will not share your intellectual property with third parties outside of the Service.

 

Taxes

All orders are subject to taxes, including local Texas sales tax.

 

Order Changes

Once submitted, orders cannot be edited or canceled. Contact Fusion Transfers promptly for any alterations; adjustments may be possible but are not guaranteed.

 

Returns Policy

Due to product nature, returns are generally not offered. However, reprints may be provided for printing errors where Fusion Transfers is at fault. The shipping carrier ("Carrier") assumes responsibility for shipped Products; you must file claims with the Carrier for lost items.

Payment & Fees

You authorize Fusion Transfers to save payment details for future transactions. All charges are in USD. Chargebacks incur a $15 fee. Payments must be made in full before order processing.

Account Creation & Data Storage

Temporary guest accounts last 30 days; full account setup is recommended. You are responsible for securing your account. Artwork tied to accounts is private, but you should keep backups.

 

Visitor Policies

Violation of Visitor Policies may lead to account termination. You assume responsibility for Designs and information submitted. Fusion Transfers may cancel or suspend services that violate policies or create liabilities.

Product Descriptions

Fusion Transfers updates Products and prices regularly. While Product colors and details are represented accurately, exact matches are not guaranteed.

Purchase of Products

An order submission constitutes an offer, accepted only upon confirmation from Fusion Transfers. You must ensure all information is accurate to facilitate order delivery.

Delivery

Orders typically ship within two business days of submission. Delivery dates are estimates, subject to change. Additional shipping charges may apply for certain locations. Orders may be shipped separately and may not have identical delivery dates.

Release of Liability

You release Fusion Transfers from claims or damages related to this agreement. Fusion Transfers cannot guarantee delivery once Products are with the Carrier.

Trademarks

The Fusion Transfers trademark is proprietary. Any use must clearly indicate Fusion Transfers' ownership and relationship to the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Fusion Transfers from claims or legal actions arising from agreement breaches or legal violations.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute with Fusion Transfers must be resolved in a Williamson County, Texas court.

General Provisions

No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is implied by this agreement. You certify that you have the right to share Customers' personal data for shipments. Invalid provisions will be struck, and the remainder enforced. Fusion Transfers may transfer this Agreement and its rights at any time.
