Claims Review

All claims for returns, replacements, or undelivered items are reviewed by Fusion Transfers. Our team strives to process all claims within 1-2 business days.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our Products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we offer the following exceptions:

Manufacturing Defects

We will reprint any order that contains printing or production errors attributable to Fusion Transfers. To qualify for a replacement:

  • Transfers must be unused and in original condition
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Original items must be returned as directed
  • Photos of defective items required for initial review
  • Quality Issues

    Each Product undergoes quality control before shipping. However, if you receive a Product with quality issues:

  • Document the issue with clear photos
  • Contact our support team immediately
  • Keep all original packaging
  • Wait for return authorization before sending items back
  • Shipping Issues

    The shipping carrier ("Carrier") assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs after shipment. In these cases:

  • Customers must file claims directly with the Carrier
  • Fusion Transfers is not responsible for reshipping orders
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for Carrier-related issues
  • Tracking information must be used to verify delivery status
  • Refund Process

    When a refund is approved:

  • Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Order cancellations are not accepted once production begins
  • Replacement Orders

    For approved replacement orders:

  • New transfers will be produced within 2 business days
  • Standard shipping applies to replacement orders
  • Rush processing available at customer's request
  • Original order number must be referenced
